Where is the HASSO Rent-a-Car office?<\/h4><\/div><\/div>

The HASSO Rent a Car office is located in the Pol\u00edgono de Son Oms (C\/ Canal de Sant Jordi, 7), just a few minutes from the airport arrivals terminal. All rental contracts are made there. For those customers coming from the airport, we have a free shuttle bus service to take you to our offices. You will find it located next to the taxi rank in the arrivals area. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is the rental procedure? <\/h4><\/div><\/div>

To rent a car with us you must book through the website www.hasso-rentacar.com , by phone on +34 971 43 05 77 or in our offices. When picking up the vehicle you must bring your driver\u2019s licence, your original ID or passport (also for additional drivers) and your bank card. It is not possible to rent a vehicle without presenting the original documents. If your pick-up point is the airport a shuttle bus will take you to our offices, which are a few minutes away. There, we will deliver your vehicle. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What documents do I need to rent a car? <\/h4><\/div><\/div>

Original passport or ID card (also for additional drivers), original driving licence (also for additional drivers) and a card as method of payment: this can be a credit card if the Cool tariff is contracted; or a debit card if our All Inclusive coverage and the \u2018Bodyguard\u2019 package are taken out and the fuel tank is paid in advance. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Payment methods <\/h4><\/div><\/div>

You can pay for your car hire online through our website or you can choose to pay on arrival and pay when you collect your vehicle from our offices.\nRemember that if you hire our Brave or Fresh rate, only prepayment is accepted through our website.\nYou can pay for the car hire online through our website or by choosing pay on arrival (available at the Cool rate) and pay when you collect the car from our office.\nPayment methods:\n<\/br>
– VISA or MasterCard credit cards (except prepaid cards).\n
– Debit card, only if you take out All Inclusive insurance, the \u2018bodyguard\u2019 package (10\u20ac per day) and pay for the fuel in advance or leave a deposit for it. You must pay when collecting the vehicle. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I choose the model, colour, engine, or type of fuel? <\/h4><\/div><\/div>

For technical reasons we can not guarantee a specific model, only the group or category of the reserved vehicle. However, when you pick up the car, tell our staff your preferences. When available, we will offer a vehicle with your desired features. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can cars be delivered or returned anywhere in Mallorca? <\/h4><\/div><\/div>

Currently we only offer a pick-up and drop-off service at our office located in Son Oms (just 5 minutes from the airport terminal). From HASSO, we offer you a free shuttle bus service that will pick you up at the airport and take you to our office. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How are the rental days counted? <\/h4><\/div><\/div>

The days are counted as 24 hours starting from the moment of the formalisation of the contract. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is the minimum rental age at HASSO? <\/h4><\/div><\/div>

The minimum age of the driver must be 21 years and the driver’s licence must be at least one year old. For drivers between 21 and 24 years of age, an additional young driver supplement of \u20ac7 per day must be contracted. \nIf the rental is for a high-value model, the driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a driver’s licence for at least one year. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is the maximum age for renting a vehicle? <\/h4><\/div><\/div>

The maximum age to rent a vehicle with Hasso is 80 years old. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can reservations be modified or cancelled? <\/h4><\/div><\/div>

Only if you book our Cool rate, you will be able to modify or cancel your reservations free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of your booking. To do so, please call us or send us an email. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is it possible to extend the duration of the contract? <\/h4><\/div><\/div>

Yes, you can extend the contract. You will have to go to any of our offices for this purpose. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Who is authorised to drive the rental car? <\/h4><\/div><\/div>

Only the persons registered on the contract can drive the vehicle. You can add up to two additional drivers to the contract for 8\u20ac per day per driver. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What kind of extras can be booked with the rental car? <\/h4><\/div><\/div>
