Full-full fuel policy
At HASSO, we have learned by our own experience that fuel policies are one of the most sensitive issues for our clients. This is why we want to make things easy: you will receive your rental car in Mallorca with a full deposit and will only have to return it in exactly the same way, without having to pay any extras. If you don’t have time to fill up the tank, we will charge your for the amount of fuel that is missing, plus a €12 supplement as a refill fee. If you want to choose this option, you will need a credit card. Don’t have one? No problem: you can also pick up and return your car to our offices, leaving a deposit for the amount due for fuel. We will return the amount on the last day, when you have returned your car completely full. It can’t be any simpler!
Cancelations or booking modifications
Nobody is exempt from unforseen events, not even when on holiday. This is our understanding and we act accordingly. In order for you to be free from any worries, you will be able to modify or cancel your booking for your rental car in Mallorca for free and up to 48 hours before you pick up your vehicle (except in certain non-refundable offers). To cancel your booking, you only need to send us an email to info@hasso-rentacar.com, stating your name and rental booking number. If you do so 48 hours before your online booking is due, it will be completely free.
Driver’s age
Our rental car services in Mallorca are available to anyone aged 21 or over, and those who have owned a valid driving licence for at least one year. For special car models, the driver must be 25 years old or over.
Unlimited mileage
So that you can enjoy travelling all over the island without any worries, take advantage of our unlimited mileage service, included in the price of the Brave and Cool Fees.

Car models
To make the booking process easier for you and to allow you to decide in a simpler way, HASSO only offers one car model per category, with top-brand cars and different sizes and features. However, if we do not have the model of of your choice due to reasons beyond our control, the company reserves the right to change it, always replacing it with another similar model to the one you booked or of a higher category for the exact same price.
Additional driver
If you are thinking about sharing a car with one or more people and want someone to take over the driving so you can rest, you only need to add an additional driver to the contract. Mallorca is a land that you must discover at your own pace. From its spectacular capital, Palma, to its picture-worthy coves and beaches, as well as its charming fishing villages, walled cities like Alcudia, spectacular caves such as those of Drach or Artà…. And, to do so, there is nothing better than getting behind the steering wheel of one of our rental cars.
Baby and booster seats
At HASSO, we have baby seats available if you need to travel with children around Mallorca. Ask us about the available models and their prices and we will be happy to tell you about them. You can book both baby seats and booster seats with or without backrests. The installation of these extras is carried out by each driver. Thus, HASSO is not responsible for any problems that may arise from an incorrect installation of child seats.
GPS Rental
At HASSO, we offer you the option of renting a GPS for your car if the model you have rented does not have a built-in version. Using aGPS in Mallorca is the best way to get everywhere and to find the best places along the beautiful roads of the island and with the security of not getting lost.
Maxi-Cosi ™
The smallest members of the family are always on our minds. For this reason, with HASSO you will have the opportunity of renting a Maxi-Cosi ™ to ensure that your child travels comfortably and safely during your trip to Mallorca.
Vehicle replacement
At HASSO we want to make your trip as easy as possible and take away your worries during your holidays in Mallorca, if something were to happen. So in case of breakdown or accident, we will replace your damaged vehicle with another one from our fleet for 18€ per booking.
Bodyguard Package
At HASSO, you can hire our ‘Bodyguard’ package, for €10.00 per day, which would exempt you from paying accident processing costs, fines management costs, loss or breakage of keys and expenses for refueling management.

Indeed, our prices include VAT, the possibility of adding more drivers for only 8 euros per person per day, full-full fuel policy, unlimited mileage, basic insurance and delivery and pick-up service at the Palma airport with a shuttle bus.
On the other hand, you will not have to make advance payments: you will only pay the amount after having collected your rental car. You will be able to access all these services if you are over 21 years of age and have a driving license that is at least one year old. In any case, keep in mind that this limit is raised to 25 years and more than 3 years of license to rent special vehicles. Ask us about these options.
